The kindest of words

How it works

Immerse yourself in the semi-custom design experience —

Fill in my semi-custom contact form with your chosen design, your preferred calligraphy style, colour scheme, printing finishes and any extra hand finished details.

I will be in touch within a few working days with a tailored quote and to discuss wording and any special details you’re looking for.

When I have all the words and details I will create bespoke calligraphy for your invites and update the design with your wording and colour scheme.

I will share a proof with you that you can easily approve or add comments to in your personal section in my client organisation system.

You’re in love with your proof and it’s time for some printing magic. Whichever printing finish you’ve opted for your suite is getting ready to enchant your wedding guests.

Oh, and if you need some calligraphed envelopes to make your invites stand out amongst the usual bills and banking letters I’ve got your back.

Step 4 – Celebrate

Pop the champagne and do a little dance as the excited RSVPs are coming in. And if you need some unique memorable calligraphy touches to add to your special day I’ve got you covered there as well. Let me serve you up with some lovingly crafted details for your special day.

The collection

Inspired by nature and Scandinavian minimalism

My wedding collection designs range from classic minimalist suites to endlessly romantic options with hand drawn floral elements.

Please add a note about your selection from the shades pictured below or make a note in your enquiry if you’re looking for a custom shade.

Envelopes pictured are in these colour options from top left to bottom right
Picture 1: White, Smoke, Ebony, Dark Grey

Picture 3: Candy Pink, Pale Grey, Stone

My calligraphy styles

I offer four calligraphy styles, each with a different look and feel. This allows you to choose the one that best matches your aesthetic.

Bohemian elegance

Flowing and romantic with a gentle bounce. This is an organic yet graceful script with soft flourishes.

Modern romantic

Modern and romantic with its’ gentle flourishes. With a hint of playfulness it’s perfect for a less formal yet endlessly romantic aesthetic.

Contemporary copperplate

Marrying the timeless elegance of traditional Copperplate with modern flair. This script is luxuriously graceful.

Modern minimalist

My most modern and casual no-frills script. This style has a blissfully carefree feel to it. Making it perfect for a modern yet thoughtfully handwritten look.

Frame worthy printing options

Are you as obsessed with paper and printing as I am? Here is an overview of the methods I offer. But if you have other methods you’re keen to explore don’t hesitate to ask. I’m always keen on trying new ways of making wedding paper extra special and personal.

Ps. Don’t worry if all the options are making you dizzy, that’s why I’m here. I’ll help make suggestions for printing and paper based off your preferred aesthetic and budget.

Digital printing

Cost: £

Texture: Smooth

Ink colour: Unlimited

This is the most common type of printing, think of it as your home printer but much better quality. If you’re looking for those dreamy watercolour effects or more than two colours this is the option for you.

Letterpress printing

Cost: ££ - £££

Texture: Impression

Ink colour: 1-2

Letterpress is beautifully luxurious and leaves an impression where the inked surface is pushed into the paper. It’s an old form of printing and can be expensive as it involves designing a special plate per colour for your design. Each plate is printed separately and it’s also this plate that leaves the stunning printing texture.

Hot foil printing

Cost: £££

Texture: Metallic

Ink colour: 1

Traditionally used to create the most stunning metallic effects. Think gold, rose gold, copper, silver etc. But nowadays you can also get beautiful and fun effects with neon and pastels. This is a great method if you’re looking for those popping shiny effects that can’t be achieved with digital printing. As with letterpress this is a luxury printing method requiring a more advanced setup, making it more expensive than digital printing. But the result is simply magical.

A semi-custom suite sounds like just the thing for me

A little note about availability

Since all my designs involve bespoke calligraphy I can only design as quickly as a pointed nib will let me (and ink will dry). So please book early to avoid disappointment. That said, don’t hesitate to get in touch even if you’re on a deadline. I will do my best to make some magic happen for you.

I’m currently welcoming enquiries for Summer 2019 & beyond

I’m ready to get started on my dream invites

Amazing, let’s design some invites you’re proud to send off to your guests. Complete my contact form via the link below (or send me an email at and I’ll be in touch within two business days.

What other couples have wondered

How long does it take until I have my invites?

The semi-custom process typically takes between 3-4 weeks. It may take an additional 1-2 weeks or so depending on your preferred printing method and if you want those extra mesmerising details such as envelope calligraphy or assembly. I encourage you to plan ahead but don’t be afraid to reach out even if you’re cutting it a bit close to the deadline. I will do my very best to work some magic for you. And if you need your invites asap I will let you know what customisation options are feasible within your timeline.

How many invites should I order?

Think of invites per household rather than per guest as a starting point. Then I recommend adding at least 10-15 extras to give room for last minute additions to your guest lists. And don’t forget about the beautiful keepsakes these will make (I’m all about the keepsakes). For envelopes I require 20% extra. I put a lot of love and detail into my work but I’m only human and ink splatters do occur!

How does the design approval process work?

You will get your own personal space in my Dubsado workflow. This makes it easy and accessible for you to add your feedback right next to the designs. One round of feedback on the final proof is included in the design fee, which is usually absolutely fine since it’s a pre-set design. But don’t worry if you still feel like there’s some little tweaks that need to be perfected. Further adjustments can be requested for a small fee to ensure you’re completely head over heels in love with your invites.

I love one of your suites. But I’m worried something pre-designed isn’t attention grabbing enough. Can I make updates to the design?

Of course! Design updates are available subject to a design fee. Just add any extra notes about your ideas to the notes section of my semi-custom form. Then we can chat through your thoughts and ideas. I will provide you with a custom quote based on the complexity of the design updates.

How do I get started?

Yay, I can’t wait to get to know more about you. Complete my contact form or send me an email at I will be in touch within a few working days about availability and your bespoke quote.
