Your place cards will be written with a traditional dip pen and ink for a charmingly bespoke feeling. Get your guests talking and gushing over their names in calligraphy before your starters arrive and keep yours as a little keepsake to remember the day by.

Priced from £1.40 each including 270 gsm card and white or black ink. But please let me know if you are looking for any specific ink or paper colour. I will provide you with a tailored quote based off your needs.

Display price is for minimum order of 35 place cards. Any payment you've already completed through this listing will be deducted from your final invoice.

My calligraphy styles

I offer four calligraphy styles, each with a different look and feel. This allows you to choose the one that best matches your aesthetic.

Place card details

Made to order. Minimum order £49. 

Handwritten with a traditional dip pen and ink on luxurious 270 gsm card. Please see colour options in photos or message me for bespoke options. As a default I use black ink on light place cards and white ink on darker shades but I also offer bespoke colour mixing and metallic ink such as gold or silver for a small additional fee. Your place cards will arrive flat with a scoring for folding.



100 x 40 mm (100 x 80 mm unfolded).



Request a tailored quote with the number of place card you need as well as your preferred colour options. I will get back to you with an updated quote, including delivery fee based off your envelope quantity. Once payment of the deposit has been received I will email you and ask for your name list. Please spell check your list as this is what I’m using as a guide for the calligraphy. Please see Terms and Conditions here



I require a minimum 50% payment on booking to secure your place in my calendar. Once the calligraphy has been completed you will be invoiced for the remaining fee. The items will be shipped once the final payment has been received. Any payment you've already completed through this listing will be deducted from your final invoice. 


Turnaround time

As I am a one woman calligraphy boutique turnaround time will depend on time of year and availability. Please allow up to 3 weeks from your order has been approved until it’s ready for shipping. Please leave a note about your need-by date in the order form. I do my best to accommodate rush orders. Depending on my current queue a 30% rush fee may apply if your need-by date is within 2 weeks of your order date.
