The process —
Get in touch via my contact form or firstname.lastname@example.org with your selected design and any further details that may be required. For example colour schemes and add-ons.
We start by chatting about your ideas that you’ve shared; colours, materials, printing etc. I find that these conversations work really well over email. But am happy to set up a Skype call to discuss details. Or if you’re local we can grab a coffee!
After your consultation I will share a quote based off your priorities and budget. Once you’re happy with your quote you will be sent an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your place in my calendar. You will also receive a Semi-Custom Stationery Agreement to make us both feel at ease as we work together towards your dream wedding stationery. I will also add you to my online client management system where designs and correspondence will be uploaded. Making design proofs easily accessible.
Sketching and Design
When I have received all the wording and details I will create bespoke calligraphy for your invites and update the design with your wording and colour scheme. I will share a proof with you that you can easily approve or add comments to in your personal section in my organisation system. One round of feedback on your final proof is included. Any further can be added for a small design fee. Once you have signed off your design proof you will receive your final invoice.
Printing, assembly and final finishes
When your final invoice is paid. I will send your designs to the printer. Please note that no further changes can be made at this point. Printing can take between 1-4 weeks depending on your selected printing option and time of year. When the printing is finished I will add any assembly or hand finishes that you have booked.
Once your invitations are ready to enchant your guests I will carefully package them up and ship them to you via special delivery.
