Enquiry

Get in touch via my contact form or hello@mathildalundin.com. Tell me about what you’re looking for. If you have any overflowing Pinterest boards or photos of branding you are drawn to this is the perfect time to share this. I adore Pinterest so don’t be shy with your ideas and inspiration. 

 

Consultation

This is where I get to know you. We start by chatting about you and your business, your ideas that you’ve shared; what you absolutely love, key elements etc. I find that these conversations work really well over email. But am happy to set up a Skype call to discuss details. Or if you’re local we can grab a coffee!

 

Booking

After your consultation I will share a quote based off your branding needs. Once you’re happy with your quote you will be sent an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your place in my calendar. You will also receive a Bespoke Branding Agreement to make us both feel at ease as we work together towards your dream branding elements. I will also add you to my online client management system where designs and correspondence will be uploaded. Making design proofs easily accessible. 

 

Sketching and Design

Next, it’s time to turn that inspiration into your branding elements. We’ll go through sketched concepts and develop the ideas from your feedback. I will perfect all those flourished details of your selected concept. Up to three rounds of feedback are included in the design fee. Once you have signed off your design you will receive your final invoice. 

 

Branding files and delivery

You’re in love with your branding elements and it’s time to make them fit for use. I will export your final designs to fit with your requirements and needs. Making sure they’re ready for you to start pushing your brand forwards. I will share the final files with you and if you need any guidance at all regarding file formats needed I’m happy to help with this.
