Ordering bespoke wedding stationery offers you a lot of flexibility to infuse your wedding paper with your wedding style and personality. From capturing your venue with a custom wedding venue illustration to having your favourite poem on a ceremony banner. I offer a 1-2-1 service working with my couples to create something truly unique for them.

This page is about the details around the bespoke process. If you’re looking for more examples, my approach to design and inspiration you can read more about bespoke wedding invitations here and bespoke wedding calligraphy here.

The process

The bespoke design experience

01. / REQUEST A QUOTE

Every couple’s invitation needs are different, which is why I offer individual quotes based on the quantities, items and finishes you’re looking for. Send your enquiry through my bespoke invitations or wedding day calligraphy enquiry form for your custom quote. I’ll get back to you as quickly as I can to confirm my availability and with your initial quote.

02. / SECURING YOUR BOOKING

After we’ve chatted through your design choices and questions and you’re happy with your quote you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in my calendar. This will be your quoted design fee.

03. / design

One of my favourite parts of the process! When I have a good idea of the items you want and the vision for your wedding I’ll get started on the concept for your wedding designs. At this stage I’ll create a mood board (or if you have a wedding stylist I’m happy to work with them and their mood board) to set the tone for your stationery. I’ll then create sketches and designs to give you a good idea of the final look and feel of your designs. Working through up to three rounds of feedback together this is where you’ll see your designs get refined and come to life.

04. / PRINTING & ASSEMBLY

When you’re absolutely in love with your designs and have approved them I’ll send your invoice with the remaining fee for the printing and additional production and assembly costs (if applicable to you). As soon as your final payment is made the designs will be sent to print. Once your printed items arrive back at my studio I’ll add all those stunning hand finished details you’ve chosen to your assembled wedding suites.

05. / Delivery

When your wedding designs are ready I’ll package them with care to send via a 24 hour signed for courier service, or alternative secure postage method when delivering outside the UK. A suitable delivery date will be arranged with you before sending you items.

How much does it cost?

The bespoke design fee —

I understand that each couple’s wedding needs are different, which is why I offer individual quotes for each enquiry. Each quote is based on the items, quantities and finishing details that you are looking for.

As a guide the bespoke design fee starts at £300 for a standard invitation suite set with your main invitation, details card and reply card. Printing costs, assembly details like wax seals and extra finishing details like calligraphy envelope addressing will be added on top of this for your total cost.
